Hide or Un-hide OSX User Library Folder

A noticeable default in Mac OS 10X is the hidden ~/Library folder. This is worrisome and essential to some software products. To many readers of this blog or ones searching for answers, here is a quick solution.

You can un-hide this folder by simply running the following command in the Terminal(Applications followed by Utilities followed by Terminal). In the terminal window, run:

chflags nohidden ~/Library

If, you need to re-hide it again, you can run the same command using hidden instead of nohidden.

chflags hidden ~/Library

My two cents! Stay Professional.
